We are extremely grateful to Amanda for the assessment she carried out for our daughter. From the outset, Amanda was professional, approachable and reassuring, which immediately put us at ease.
Amanda took great care to ensure our daughter felt comfortable throughout the assessment and was patient, kind and encouraging at all times. She commented afterwards that she felt listened to and supported, which meant a lot to us as parents.
The report itself was exceptionally thorough, clear and well explained. It gave us a much deeper understanding of our daughter’s strengths as well as the specific areas where she struggles, and it clearly linked these to the diagnosis of dyslexia. The recommendations were practical, detailed and realistic for both school and home, and they have already helped us to advocate more effectively for the right support in school.
Amanda was also happy to answer our questions and explain the findings in a way that felt accessible rather than overwhelming. We feel much more confident moving forward, knowing we have a clear picture of how our daughter learns and how best to support her.
